ACT has consistently stood up for licenced firearm owners. We were the only party to oppose Labour’s rushed firearms laws, and in Government we’ve replaced the outdated Arms Act with a new law that respects licenced owners and targets criminals.

We’ve delivered substantial wins, but there’s more to do. A stronger Party Vote ACT will give us more influence with our coalition partners to go further and faster in the next Government.
